Biography

Although recently empowered by sharing my story of surviving a near fatal gunshot wound, I view myself first as a retired judge, Tx gal rancher and Tv Host/Producer that loves and respects life and adventure . My goals are hopes to share this spirit, to lead and guide folks to a realization that everyday is an anniversary of life. Currently i co produce and host a Tv show that shares stories of sport fishing, big game hunting , adventure travel, and various related organizations' missions of sustainable utilization, conservation and humanitarian efforts . I have media credentials in a number of industry related organizations and a member of the Professional Outdoor Media Assoc. I have worked with many Veteran related groups as i have a special bond with many who have sustained similar gunshot wounds yet see no hope and am in need or positive proof of "the other side". i am a Board Member of the Combat Marines Outdoors and a Bronze Medallion recipient from the Chapel of Four Chaplains . In the outdoor venue, i hold several world records recognized by Safari Club International and Rowland Ward. My undergraduate experience was mainly on the East coast with graduation from American University in Washington D.C. From there, travels abroad led me to Texas, out west ,to attend South Texas College of Law in Houston. By the mid 1980s I was on my way to pursuits in the legal field which included an owner operated Private Investigative firm and a stint as a judge. The desire to maintain a greater outdoor presence and an even more adventurous lifestyle, was the road to ranching and TV.
