Biography

As a national, professional speaker, business coach and award-winning author, I help businesses and individuals improve performance and build success while leaving audiences energized, educated and excited about their future. I help businesses do a better job for their clients while improving their bottom line and help individuals live more successful, fulfilling lives and realize their dreams.

After building an asset management and financial planning business from scratch to approx. $200 million in assets under management, in 2007 I sold my practice. For about 8 years prior, I managed approx. 1,000 apartments all over the state of Connecticut.

In 2012, I interviewed Realtors across the country to discover whether different Realtors in different parts of the country where dealing with the same issues, or their own particular breed of hardships in the current economic and real estate environment. The result is a surprisingly consistent set of challenges. Now that Realtors’ biggest obstacles are identified, I help real estate professionals with easy-to-implement strategies that will take their business to the next level, while showing them how to find balance between work and personal life.

I have been quoted in many local and national publications, including USA Today and Money Magazine, Playboy Magazine and The Chicago Tribune and have been a speaker for Pfizer, the US Navy, General Dynamics and many more. I have also been a guest on several television and radio shows.

Like a lot of industries today, the real estate market is ever changing. This is true for buyers, sellers, realtors and businesses that serve this industry.

After interviewing realtors in different parts of the country to find out what their greatest challenges to the success of their careers are it was interesting to find that their challenges were all basically the same regardless of where they were located. They had the same issues and frustrations keeping them from the success they were striving for.

It was also interesting to find that what they loved about their careers was also basically the same.

This session will help Realtors more clearly understand and address business challenges in today’s real estate market and how they can do a great job for their clients while improving the bottom line of their business.
