I am a D.I.V.A. – A Determined Individual who Values herself and her Assets! My 20 years of experience working in the private sector, nonprofit, and my own coaching practice Core Illuminations has taught me a key ingredient for success that I share with my clients. "Don't be afraid to embrace untraditional ideas." They are the catalysts that help us discover our vision and the unlimited possibilities waiting for us. My number one lesson for clients is this: “Until you know what your strengths and values are, no one else will.” The success of this discovery begins from within – integrating a client’s core beliefs and everyday actions to help them focus their time and energy on things that matter. I help clients identify and reconnect with their true core being through exercise and role play. Those anchors are used as guides when developing relationships. I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. I also hold a B.Sc. in Human Services Management. A Toastmaster in 2006: I'm a member of Professional Women Toastmasters, TED Talks Toastmasters and a District One Speaker Bureau Qualified Speaker.
