If you are caring for a spouse/parent with Alzheimer's or Dementia, PTSD, or a terminal illness, you are in this club. I offer tips and suggestions to help caregivers learn how to care for themselves and learn from others what has helped them take better care of their family members. I am a parent of a son with special needs, helped with an invalid father, a mother-in law and now my own mother with some dementia. Caring for others has been a natural outcome of our circumstances in life. When we care for others, it shows courage and offer hope to others who are coming along behind us.
